Now, he’s taking those recipes on the road in a new national chain making the best pizza in New Orleans available to be the best pizza in your town.

Our wings are marinated in a special marinade for 24 hours, hand breaded at the time of order and dried to perfection.  Serves with your choice of house made Blackberry BBQ Jalapeño or Ranch, these babies are a hit!

Our famous giant meatball is hand packed, stuffed with cheese, baked until perfectly soft and then covered with our house marinara, mozzarella and provel cheese mixture.  Perfection. Don’t forget to try out our hand breaded fried cheese.  



Our pizzas are 12′ thin crust and cooked to a crispy doneness.   Covered in fresh ingredients atop our house made marinara sauce.  Finally, covered in our signature mozzarella and provel blend.  You’ll see why we say it’s perfect.
